Centos 7 de NetworkManager cPanel kurmanızı engellemektedir. Kurulumu sorunsuz tamamlayabilmek için NetworkManager kapatmanız gerekmektedir.
Öncelikle Network Manager'i kontrol edelim.

Network Manager'i kapatmak için ethernet kartınızın configurasyonu içerisinde olan

Olacak şekilde değiştirin.
Daha sonra
chkconfig NetworkManager off
Sunucuyu restart ederek cPanel kurulumunu gerçekleştirebilirsiniz.
